Reservation Policies

Reservation fee:

  • The daily rate of the Hotel includes:
  • Wi-Fi internet access for guests
  • Towels in the room and for pool
  • Use of facilities, such as: pool, parking, Restaurant and Bar

Guarantee Policy:

  • A valid credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD) is required to guarantee the reservation, which will be charged one night in advance including taxes (Non-refundable)

Tax Policy:

  • All accommodation rates will be added 16% VAT and 3% lodging tax

Cancellation policy:

  • For any change without extra penalty, must be made no later than 30 days prior to Check In. If the reservation is not modified or canceled before this period, the initially confirmed nights will apply.

No Arrival Policy:

  • In case of a No Show the total stay including taxes will be charged.

Check in and Check out:

  • The check in can be done from 15:00 hrs until 20:00 hrs; In case of arriving after this time, the guest must previously notify the Hotel.
  • The minimum age to check in is 18 years and must present official identification.
  • The check out is at 12:00 hrs. (Noon)

Extra Person Policy:

  • The nightly fee of USD $ 50.00 + 19% tax will apply from the surplus to the maximum occupancy person in the same room.

Children Policy:

  • Kindly inform the hotel if you are traveling with children and their ages.
  • Children are considered up to 12 years; children from 13 years will be charged as an adult. 1 children under 12 years old in courtesy accompanied by 1 or 2 adults, per suite.
  • The hotel has cribs for babies under 2 years old, at no additional cost (maximum one per room)

Pet Policy:

  • Sorry for the inconvenience; Pets are not accepted.

Parking Policy:

  • The Hotel has private parking, roofed, inside the property and without valet; However, the Hotel is not responsible for theft or loss, damages caused to the own vehicle, third party vehicle or to the Hotel.

Smoking Policy:

  • Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms; There will be an extra room cleaning fee of USD $ 100.00 in case any guest is surprised.

Overselling Policy:

  • If the hotel cannot offer the contracted service by the consumer with a prior reservation, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that are at least equal to or better than the contracted benefits originally.
  • The hotel will relocate you in a similar hotel, where the same originally contracted rate will be respected, in case of any difference the hotel should absorb it.
  •  The guest will be offered free transportation to the new Hotel.



Guarantee conditions: CREDIT CARDS

  • Your credit card data are totally secure, because the booking process is totally encrypted.
  • The hotel does not process unauthorized charges to your credit card. The data is only a guarantee, with the exception of reservations with pre-paid, non-refundable rates, promotions, and 1 night deposit to guarantee the reservation.
  • Verification of the validity of the credit card. The Hotel reserves the right to charge on the card that the guest provides, the equivalent amount of one (1) night of stay including taxes, per room.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to make a pre-authorization at the time of check-in, on the guest’s card for the amount of one night for each room reserved.   • If the automatic cancellation of the previous credit authorization is not made within 6 business days after it was made, we suggest you to please contact your bank to request the cancellation.
